2. The service

Relay connects your tools and automates the work between them. We may improve, change or add features over time to keep the service useful and secure.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Relay. That includes breaking the law, interfering with the service, attempting to access other users' data, or using the service to send spam or harmful content.

5. Connected apps and data

When you connect a third-party app, you allow Relay to access the data needed to run your workflows. You stay the owner of your data, and you can disconnect any app at any time.

6. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Relay running, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relay is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Relay at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Relay means you accept the updated terms.
